2024 Pillar Church Mission Trip Info Meeting

Join us Sunday, February 25th, at 5:00 pm for more information about 2 opportunities to serve Pillar Church in San Antonio, TX.

The first is a weekend trip this spring, April 12 – 14, to help with an outreach project at the elementary school they have adopted.  We will be working outside, cleaning out flower beds, planting, laying mulch, etc.  Everyone is responsible for getting themselves there and some meals.  Cost will be minimal.  Lunch will be provided Saturday.  We will worship with Pillar Church before heading for home Sunday.

The second mission trip to work with Pillar Church San Antonio will be July 26 – 30.  Our work will include passing out flyers for church, giving out free snow cones in the park and inviting people to church, another service project at the elementary school, babysitting for a church wide date night, and an evening event for military families.

Honduras Mission Trip

This 2023 Honduras Mission Trip is going to be amazing. We are so excited. In Honduras, we partner with 61 Isaiah, a ministry that builds up and trains local church leader, educates students in local schools, and seeks to break cycles of poverty through their Hunger Farm.

We’ve had Coggin Howard Payne students who have been going on mission trips down to Gracias, Honduras for years. In the last 2 years, we have sent 3 Howard Payne graduates to live in Honduras, Kylie Johnson, and Paul & Taylor Chandler.

We are so excited for this new and growing partnership with 61 Isaiah and hope that you will be a part of the team that goes down there this year.

If you have any questions, email Sam Goff, our missions pastor.
